Assist. Lucija Ana Vrščaj, mag. lab. biomed.

Lucija Ana Vrščaj was born in 1991 in Ljubljana. After graduating from Gimnazija Bežigrad High School in 2010 she enrolled at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Laboratory Biomedicine. She completed her postgraduate studies with a master's thesis titled Expression of selected miRNAs in patients with restenosis of femoropopliteal artery after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty under the mentorship of doc. dr. Mojca Božič-Mijovski and co-mentorship of prof. dr. Janja Marc. Since 2019 she has been researching as an MR at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry under the mentorship of prof. dr. Barbara Ostanek.
