The mobility under this call can be performed between 1 June 2021 and at the latest till 30 September 2022. Students who want to participate in mobility abroad as Erasmus+ students should fill out an online application form in VIS system and submit it by 7 March 2021 also in paper to the Student office – Mateja Tercic. There are some additional criteria (New selective measures have to be taken into account. Also a list of extra-curriciular activities of the student are part of the mandatory papers. EAFP is supporting the European Pharmaceutical Students Association (EPSA) in motivating pharmacy students to recognise the value of dissemination of scientific findings. In view of the current coronavirus situation and in accordance with the proposal of the University of Ljubljana COVID-19 Coordination Team based on the opinion of epidemiologists and infectologists and with its guidance on how to conductresearch taking into account the instructions of the Slovenian Government and the NIJZ, the Rector of the University of Ljubljana, Igor Papič, has adopted the new Resolution. Please find the list of all recommendations in the attached file. This resolution takes effect after 3 May 2020, when restrictions are expected to relax, and shall apply until it is revoked.

Until and including 23 March 2020 or until this decision is revoked, all forms of direct instruction (classes) are cancelled and personal contact is to be limited in all other activities (where possible). Other forms of communication are to be used instead (email, video conferences, online meetings, telephones, etc.). Contacts between employees and students and external associates are to be limited as much as possible.

In line with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport (MIZŠ) regarding confirmed cases of the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) infections in northern Italy and in places where this virus is currently widespread, the University of Ljubljana is adopting measures to limit the spread of the virus and ensure its activities continue without complications.
