- Lipid based delivery systems to increase the water solubility of poorly soluble active pharmaceutical ingredients
As 40-70% of newly discovered active pharmaceutical substances are poorly water-soluble, the development of effective oral dosage forms is crucial to increase bioavailability. One of the important approaches to increase the dissolution rate are lipid based systems, within which active pharmaceutical substances remain dissolved throughout the passage of the digestive tract.
Key words: self (micro) emulsifying systems, microemulsions, solidification technologies, in vitro release, lipolysis
- Advanced delivery systems for dermal application for medical treatment and cosmetology.
(Trans) dermal application is an important alternative to other routes of systemic application, which is advantageous due to easy skin accessibility and non-invasiveness.
Key words: identification and development of skin-friendly delivery systems, structure evaluation, biocompatibility, stability, in vitro release
