All students who would like to complete a part of their study obligations at one of our partner universities abroad are invited to attend the informational presentation for the supplementary call for student mobility within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program for the 2nd semester of the academic year 2023/2024. The presentation will take place on Wednesday, September 20th, at 2:00 PM in lecture hall P4.

The award procedure will be kicked-off with the webinar on “How to write an abstract” that will be held on 26th of May from 5 to 7 PM CET via Zoom. After the webinar, interested students are invited to share their draft abstract ideas for feedback with EAHP’s Board leads responsible for student affairs. They will receive input over the summer on their drafts and then have 2 ½ months to finalise their abstract. The deadline for submission is 15th of November 2021. After, members of our Scientific Committee will review all submissions and the winner will be announced at our Congress in March 2022. The mobility under this call can be performed between 1 June 2021 and at the latest till 30 September 2022. Students who want to participate in mobility abroad as Erasmus+ students should fill out an online application form in VIS system and submit it by 7 March 2021 also in paper to the Student office – Mateja Tercic. There are some additional criteria (New selective measures have to be taken into account. Also a list of extra-curriciular activities of the student are part of the mandatory papers.
