Faculty of Pharmacy hosted first Summer school for high school pupils

On the 27th of August 2019 the UL FFA hosted our first Summer school for high school pupils, which is organised by the Career centre of University of Ljubljana. We prepared 3 mini workshops for the pupils of 2nd and 3rd year, through which they got their own insight into our 1st stage studies (Cosmetic science and Laboratory biomedicine) and Uniform master’s study programme of Pharmacy.

The atmosphere on the workshops was very vivid and according to the opinion of 21 pupils they liked it the most, that the summer school was organised in a way that they all attended all three workshops (see some photo highlights below).

The Summer school was supported by co-workers from the Chair of Pharmaceutical Technology (Alenka Zvonar Pobirk (coordinator), Maja Bjelošević, Mercedes Vitek, Janja Mirtič, Mitja Pohlen and Blaž Grilc), Chair of Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Matej Sova) and Chair of Clinical Biochemistry (Janja Zupan and Klemen Kodrič).
